Ich musste fr\u00fcher oft hier hindurch und habe immer noch den Geruch in der Nase, von Kaffee, Gew\u00fcrzen und vielen anderen oft undefinierbaren D\u00fcften.<br \/>\nHeute geh\u00f6rt der Komplex zur HafenCity und wird von B\u00fcros, Eventfirmen und Museen gepr\u00e4gt.<\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00fcrlich\u00a0 auch zu sehen eines der Jahrhundertbauwerke in der Hansestadt\u00a0 &#8211;
